Responsibilities
Operate Point of Sale system accurately
Proper cash handling
Assisting customers
Ability to work as a team
Stocking and rotating merchandise and cleaning between customers
Learning products and promotions
Reporting Inventory on products
Minimum wage .50/hour increase after 90 days
Twice a year performance reviews with possible wage increases depending on performance. (January and June)
Holiday pay: Time and a half
Shift differential for graveyard (+ .55/hour) 10pm – 6am
We also have pay codes for extra responsibility which can increase hourly wage: training, cook ( a few sites do hot food)
